This invention deals with a synergistic herbal composition and the process of preparing the ayurvedic drug for curing a poisonous snake bite. Speed of symptom appearing and severity of symptoms of a patient are obviously relates to the species of a poisonous snake, and dose and nature of snake venom. The ingredients used in the composition are plant parts of Corallocarpus epigaeus, Citrullus colocynthis, Gardenia florida, Amaranthus spinosus, Echinops echinatus in ratio of 5:2:1:1:1. The parts of these plants are pounded together into a pulp. Thereafter five times cow urine treatment is given to said pulp so that it is soaked in it for around 48 hours in a cool place. Thereafter cow urine is decanted and the dried sediment is stored for use in treating animal bite especially Snake Bite and Scorpion stings.
