摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to radiodiagnosis, traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for determining an acetabular component implantation site when planning hip replacement. On the anterosupplicial radiograph of the hip joint, auxiliary lines are drawn through the anatomical landmarks and their intersection points. Anatomical landmarks are represented by lower medial point of cotyloid cavity, lateral point of terminal line of pelvis and lateral point of roof of cotyloid cavity. Medial limiting line is drawn through a lower medial point of the cotyloid cavity and a lateral point of the terminal line of the pelvis. Lower limiting line is perpendicular to it through the lower-medial point. Ascending diagonal line is made upward and laterally in the form of a bisector from the angle formed by the intersection of these two lines. Across the point of intersection of the ascending diagonal line with the roof of the cotyloid cavity, a lateral limiting line is parallel to the medial limiting line from the lateral point of the roof of the cotyloid cavity. Upper limiting line directed parallel to the lower limiting line is drawn through the point of intersection of the ascending diagonal and lateral limiting lines, thereby forming a geometric figure in the form of a square. Acetabular component of a coxofemoral joint is implanted as a cotyloid cavity area bounded by a square. Cotyloid component inclination is determined parallel to an ascending diagonal line. Center of the square is determined by the corresponding rotation center of the cotyloid component. Lower contour of the "tear" figure can be used behind the lower-medial point of the cotyloid cavity in case of possible identification of the "tear" figure and the upper-lateral point of the pelvic occlusion opening in case of identification of the "tear" figure.EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of determining an acetabular component implantation site by determining an optima
