The device for root-plant transportation and peeling consists of the frame, of the supply conveyor, of the reflecting brush, of hollow peeler, which consists of parts made as barrels which are located one above the other； the top barrel has a smaller diameter than the lower one, the forming surface of which is formed by round longitudinal rods spaced with clearances； and which is connected with a drive to create the rotational movement, within which the peeling unit is installed at the level of upper barrel, and of the peeling descend plane and of unloading conveyor. According to the invention, the peeling unit is configured as plain unmovable discs of different diameter which are mounted on the racks on the top and bottom. Accordingly the disc of smaller diameter is located in the middle part of the upper barrel and the disc of a larger diameter is located in the middle part of the lower barrel.
