COMBINAISON D'UN AGENT ANTIALLERGIQUE AVEC UN ANTAGONISTE MUSCARINIQUE ET/OU UN AGONISTE DOPAMINERGIQUE POUR UTILISATION DANS LA PRÉVENTION/L'ARRÊT DE LA MYOPIE AXIALE CHEZ UN HUMAIN
One of the major issues against the use of muscarinic antagonists or dopamine agonist eyedrops for the controlling of eye growth and prevention of myopia is the unacceptable rate of iatrogenic conjunctivitis or dermatitis. This invention relates to the association of those active principles with an antiallergic component. In alternative the ophthalmic use of a molecule that simultaneously has an antimuscarinic and/or dopaminergic action along with an antihistaminic function.Un des problèmes majeurs de l'utilisation de gouttes oculaires d'antagonistes muscariniques ou d'agoniste de dopamine pour le contrôle de la croissance oculaire et la prévention de la myopie est le taux inacceptable de conjonctivite iatrogène ou de dermatite. L'invention concerne l'association de ces substances actives avec un composant antiallergique. En variante, l'invention concerne l'utilisation ophtalmique d'une molécule qui présente simultanément une action antimuscarinique et/ou dopaminergique avec une fonction antihistaminique.
