COMBINATION COMPRISING PDE4 INHIBITORS AND ANTAGONISTS OF M3 MUSCARINIC RECEPTORS 3(R)-(2-HYDROXY-2,2-DITHIEN-2-YLACETOXY)-1-(3-PHENOXYPROPYL)-1-AZONIABICYCLO[2,2,2]OCTANE, IN THE FORM OF A SALT AND USES THEREOF
Combination (I) comprises a phosphodiesterase inhibitor 4 (PDE4) (A) and an antagonist of M3 muscarinic receptors (B) (3(R)-(2-hydroxy-2, 2-dithien-2-ylacetoxy)-1-(3-phenoxypropyl)-1-azoniabicyclo [2.2.2] octane), in the form of a salt having an anion X (anion of a mono or polyvalent acid). An independent claim is also included for a method of treating a patient suffering from or susceptible to a respiratory disease or condition which responds to M3 antagonism comprising simultaneous, concurrent, separate or sequential administration of (I).
