The method, system, apparatus, and/or device may include a bell configured to capture a low-frequency vibration from a surface of a body. The bell may include a first base having a first diameter, a first tapered portion extending upwardly from the first base and tapering inwardly, a first top portion having a second diameter and connected to a top of the first tapered portion, and a first channel extending from the first tapered portion to the hollow portion of the first tapered portion. The first base, the first tapered portion, and the first top portion may form an elongated cone shape.
