PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particularly a method of using IL-20 polypeptide molecules, the IL-20 being a cytokine relating to inflammatory processes and human disease, although certified in-vivo activities of cytokines and their receptors indicate an enormous clinical potential and necessity of, other cytokines, cytokine receptors, cytokine agonists, and cytokine antagonists, and for example, cerified in-vivo activities of a pro-inflammatory cytokine family indicate an enormous clinical potential and antagonists of pro-inflammatory molecules.SOLUTION: The present invention provides antibodies to pro-inflammatory cytokines, and particularly to IL-20 including soluble IL-20RA, IL-20RB and IL-20RA/IL-20RB receptors.
