More particularly, the apparatus for decomposing fat by freezing comprises a suction type handpiece including: a suction housing having a receiving space in which a skin tissue of a patient is received through an opening a suction module which provides suction pressure to the receiving space and a cooling module joined to the suction housing, and generating cold air. The suction housing is installed to the suction module and the cooling module to be detachable, and is composed of a thermally conductive material.
