PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper capable of being securely fastened by layering one fastening member on the other fastening member.SOLUTION: When tabs 62 of the fastening member 60 are opened, projecting parts 65 within slits formed in a fastening body 61 are opened outward together with locking members 63. As a result, openings 66 are formed in the fastening body 61. When the one fastening member 60 is fastened to a front abdominal part 2a, the openings 66 of the fastening member 60 are located on a target tape 70, and therefore, the locking members 63 of the other fastening member 60 can be directly fastened to the target tape 70 via the openings 66 of the previously fastened fastening member 60. In this way, the other fastening member can be securely fastened by layering the other fastening member on the one fastening member 60.
