PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can efficiently dry seafood, which has no restriction of a drying place, and which can perform germicidal treatment simultaneously with drying.SOLUTION: A drying chamber body 1 is structured like a flotation ring, and the annular part that is freely expandable/contractable by air in and out is made a drying chamber 3. To the drying chamber body 1, there are connected an aeration port 2 for supplying air to the drying chamber 3 and a discharge port 2 for discharging air inside the drying chamber 3. In the drying chamber body 1, there is also installed a blower for feeding air through the aeration port 2.
