PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stimulation imparting device, a method and a program in which a stable effect can be obtained when training by using a 3D virtual reality video, and also inconvenience is not present as muscle training.SOLUTION: First of all, an induction video 11 is displayed on a display 2 of a VR goggle 1 for a subject A, and thereby the subject A is brought into a degenerative conscious state. Next, a human body video 12 and a cross point video 13 are displayed on the display 2. The cross point video 13 is a video for displaying a cross point (cross point) where a start or a stop of the muscle may overlap at three or more points in a human body. When the cross point video 13 is shown to the subject A under the degenerative conscious state, stimulation is applied to a real cross point of the subject A from a brain and the cross point is activated. By action described above, the video is only shown to subject A, and thereby a motional effect or a massage effect is provided, and a rehabilitation effect can be provided for stiff shoulders and a low back pain, or a mild cognition disorder person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】3D仮想現実映像を用いてトレーニングを行う際に、安定した効果が得られ、筋力トレーニングのような不都合のない刺激付与装置、方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】まず、被験者Aに対して、VRゴーグル1のディスプレイ2に誘導映像11を表示させ、被験者Aを変性意識状態にする。次に、ディスプレイ2に人体映像12と交差部映像13を表示させる。交差部映像13は、人体において筋肉の起始又は停止が3点以上重なる交差部(クロスポイント)を表示する映像である。被験者Aに対して、変性意識状態下で交差部映像13を見せると、被験者Aの実際の交差部に脳から刺激が加えられ、交差部が活性化される。当該作用により、被験者Aに対して映像を見せるだけで運動効果又はマッサージ効果を与え、肩こりや腰痛、或いは軽度の認知障害者に対するリハビリテーション効果を与えることができる。【選択図】図4
