A system for fermenting and storing by-product feeds comprises: a fermenting and storing tank including an inlet which is provided on an upper end and in which by-product feeds are input, and an outlet which is provided on a lower end and from which by-product feeds are discharged； and a pressure adjusting unit connected to one side of the fermenting and storing tank and adjusting the pressure in the fermenting and storing tank. The pressure adjusting unit can comprise a gas accommodating member in which fermented gas generated during fermentation of the by-product feeds is transferred from the inside of the fermenting and storing tank. Accordingly, storage abilities are increased and feeds with uniform quality can be provided.일 실시예에 따른 부산물사료 발효저장 시스템은, 상단에 구비되어 부산물사료가 투입되는 투입구 및 하단에 구비되어 부산물사료가 배출되는 배출구를 포함하는 발효저장 탱크； 및 상기 발효저장 탱크의 일 측에 연결되어 상기 발효저장 탱크 내부의 압력을 조절하는 압력 조절부；를 포함하고, 상기 압력 조절부는 상기 부산물사료의 발효 중에 발생되는 발효가스가 상기 발효저장 탱크 내부로부터 이동되는 가스 수용 부재를 포함할 수 있다.
