PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe device, a syringe piston structure, a medicament compounding system and a method for compounding a medicament.SOLUTION: A syringe device comprises a syringe barrel 10, a piston sleeve 240, and an insert 230. A channel extends along a side face of the insert. A valve controls fluid communication between the channel and the syringe barrel. Other syringe device comprises a syringe barrel, a piston sleeve, and an insert. A valve controls fluid communication between a compartment of inside of the insert, and the syringe barrel. A medicament compounding method comprises providing a component in the syringe barrel and other components in the compartment of the insert. A seal 208 is made cover the tip end of the insert and an end of the piston sleeve, thereby the seal is molded.
