PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm band wearing aid that facilitates operation to wear an arm band to an arm while maintaining adhesion of the arm band to the arm.SOLUTION: An arm band wearing aid 1 includes a cylindrical outer frame member 2, and a plate-like member 3 close to an inner surface 2b of the outer frame member 2 in the inside of a cylinder of the outer frame member 2 and disposed while a portion between both ends 3c, 3d is flexed. The plate-like member 3 has first fixing parts 4, 5 for fixing a portion of an outer surface 20a of an arm band 20 disposed in a space 1s surrounded by the outer frame member 2 and the plate-like member 3, and formed in a portion between both ends 3c, 3d of the plate-like member 3. The outer frame member 2 has a second fixing part 6 for fixing another portion of the outer surface 20a of the arm band 20, a through-hole 8 (one example of an opening) for making an end 22 opposite with another portion pass to the side of an outer surface 2a from the inside of the space 1s with respect to a portion fixed to the first fixing parts 4, 5 of an arm band 20, and a third fixing part 7 for fixing the end 22 to the outer surface 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
