The present invention relates to a patient-specific complex physical therapy system for providing patients with customized health care using various types of physical therapy optimized for each patient. The patient-specific complex physical therapy system comprises: at least one patient-specific physical therapy devices that assist in rehabilitation training of patients in need of physical therapy； a physical therapy terminal that receives the progress of the rehabilitation training of the patients from a physical therapist who assists the patient in rehabilitation training； and a patient management server that stores the progress of the rehabilitation training of the patients received from a terminal of the physical therapist into a database by patient, and determining the type of patient-specific physical therapy device to be used in rehabilitation training for each patient by using the database to transmit the determined type to the terminal of the physical therapist.본 발명은 환자 각자에게 최적화된 다양한 종류의 물리치료를 이용한 맞춤형 헬스케어를 환자에게 제공할 수 있도록 구현한 환자 맞춤형 복합 물리 치료 시스템에 관한 것으로, 물리치료를 필요로 하는 환자의 재활 훈련을 도와주는 적어도 한 종류 이상의 환자 맞춤형 물리치료 장치； 환자의 재활 훈련을 돕는 물리치료사로부터 환자의 재활 훈련에 따른 경과를 입력받는 물리치료사 단말기； 및 상기 물리치료사 단말기로부터 수신되는 환자의 재활 훈련에 따른 경과를 환자 별로 데이터베이스화시켜 저장해 두며, 저장해둔 데이터베이스를 이용하여 각 환자 별로 재활 훈련에 사용될 상기 환자 맞춤형 물리치료 장치의 종류를 판독하여 상기 물리치료사 단말기로 전송하는 환자 관리 서버를 포함한다.
