The present invention relates to an implantable apparatus capable of controlling an irradiation direction. According to the present invention, the implantable apparatus includes: an outer body which has a first outer body extending lengthwise, a second outer body extending lengthwise, and a reflector for connecting the first outer body and the second outer body to be reflected； a first inner body which is located inside the first outer body and has an accommodation space for accommodating a radiation source； a second inner body which is located inside the second outer body, has a guide space which the radiation source passes through, and controls rotation； and an inner connecting part which is located to be opposite to the reflector inside the outer body, has a connection space connected in communication with the guide space and the accommodation space so the radiation source passes through, and connects the first inner body and the second inner body. The first inner body is separated from the first outer body and rotates by rotation of the second inner body.본 발명은 방사선 조사방향 조절이 가능한 체내 삽입기구에 관한 것으로, 길게 연장되어 있는 제1외부체, 길게 연장되어 있는 제2외부체 및 상기 제1외부체와 상기 제2외부체를 굴절되도록 연결하는 굴절부를 포함하는 외부체； 상기 제1외부체의 내부에 위치하며, 방사선원이 수용되는 수용공간을 가지는 제1내부체； 상기 제2외부체의 내부에 위치하며, 방사선원이 통과할 수 있는 안내공간을 가지며 회전을 조작할 수 있는 제2내부체； 및 상기 외부체 내에서 상기 굴절부에 대응하게 위치하며, 방사선원이 통과할 수 있도록 상기 안내공간 및 상기 수용공간과 연통되어 있는 연결공간을 가지며, 상기 제1내부체와 상기 제2내부체를 연결하는 내부 연결부；를 포함하며, 상기 제2내부체의 회전에 의해 상기 제1내부체는 상기 제1외부체와 분리되어 회전된다.
