PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of lactoferrin in which the utilization range has been limited because it is difficult to keep uniformly steady in appearance when an anionic compound is blended in a composition, though lactoferrin has various physiological activities and a potential utility value is high.SOLUTION: When a lactoferrin-containing composition is made to include lactoferrin, an anionic polymer thickener, a triterpene glycoside and a phospholipid, the lactoferrin and the anionic polymer thickener do not aggregate, so that liquid and gelled composition improving viscosity while keeping uniformly steady in appearance, specifically a gel, a lotion, a milky lotion, an ointment or a creamy dosage form can be prepared.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ラクトフェリンは様々な生理活性を持ち、潜在的な利用価値が高いにもかかわらず、組成物中にアニオン性化合物とともに配合すると外観上均一定常を保つことが困難なために利用範囲が制限されてきたこと。【解決手段】 ラクトフェリンとアニオン性高分子増粘剤、トリテルペン配糖体およびリン脂質を含有させたラクトフェリン組成物にすると、ラクトフェリンとアニオン性高分子増粘剤が凝集せず、外観上均一定常を保ちつつ粘度を高めた液状およびゲル状組成物、具体的にはジェル、ローション、乳液、軟膏やクリーム状剤形の調製が可能である。【選択図】なし
