PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid film or a liquid column coating method capable of preventing dispersion of atomized coating as much as possible for significantly improving coating efficiency, and contributing to improvement of a working environment and quality of a coated surface or the like for achieving 100% of coating efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided the liquid film or the liquid column coating method for discharging coatings 2 and 4 from nozzle heads 1 and 3 in a liquid film state or liquid column state and then coating the coatings to objects to be coated 5 and 54. In transition zones t2 and P2 in which the coatings discharged from the nozzle heads transit from the liquid film or liquid column state into an atomized state, the objects to be coated are placed and coated with the coatings.
