The present invention relates to cytokine-based immune cells and an immunotherapeutic use thereof, and an immune cell according to an aspect is designed in such a form that a cytokine is linked to the surface of the cell via a linker, and thus the cytokine continuously stimulates the immune cell, thereby inducing proliferation and activation, and the cytokine does not affect surrounding cells, whereby side effects can be minimized.La présente invention concerne des cellules immunitaires à base de cytokine et une utilisation immunothérapeutique associée ainsi qu'une cellule immunitaire selon un aspect qui est conçue sous une forme telle qu'une cytokine est liée à la surface de la cellule par l'intermédiaire d'un lieur. Ainsi la cytokine stimule de façon continue la cellule immunitaire, induisant la prolifération et l'activation, et la cytokine n'affecte pas les cellules environnantes, permettant de réduire au minimum les effets secondaires.사이토카인 기반 면역세포 및 그의 면역 치료 용도에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 면역세포에 의하면, 세포 표면에 사이토카인을 링커로 연결한 형태로 설계하여 사이토카인이 면역세포를 지속적으로 자극하여 증식 및 활성화를 유도하면서, 상기 사이토카인이 주변 세포에 영향을 미치지 않아 부작용은 최소화될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
