PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saccharide composition constituted with containing glucose which is manufactured from a raw material containing starch or starch decomposition product and continuously bound by α-1,6 bonds, containing relatively many α-1,6 bonds and a tetra or higher saccharide component having continuing α-1,6 bonds.SOLUTION: There is provided a saccharide composition containing saccharide constituted with containing glucose which is continuously bound by α-1,6 bonds. The saccharide composition has (a) difference of weight percentage of a tetra or higher saccharide component contained in the saccharide composition and weight percentage of tetra or higher saccharide component contained in a treated article after treating the saccharide component by dextranase of 10 to 30% and (b) percentage of glucose having α-1,6 bond of 35 to 80% of glucose constituting the saccharide composition.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の課題は、澱粉や澱粉分解物を含む原料から製造されるα-1,6結合によって連続して結合したグルコースを含んで構成される糖質に関して、α-1,6結合を比較的多く含み、かつ、連続したα-1,6結合を有する四糖類以上の成分を含む糖組成物を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明によって、α-1,6結合によって連続して結合したグルコースを含んで構成される糖質を含む糖組成物が提供される。本発明に係る糖組成物は、(a)糖組成物に含まれる四糖類以上の成分の重量割合と糖組成物をデキストラナーゼ処理した後の処理物に含まれる四糖類以上の成分の重量割合との差分が10~30%であり、(b)糖組成物を構成するグルコースのうち、α-1,6結合を有するグルコースの割合が35~80%である。【選択図】なし
