The automatic safety honey strainer comprises: a main body (2) in which an actuation space unit (22) is formed inside both operation space units (21) a lifting means (3) which elevates to make a bee comb (A) protrude towards the upper part of the main body (2) or be inserted into the main body (2) a cutting means (4) which cuts sealed wax (A2) at both sides of the bee comb (A) by a pair of rotating cutters (41) that rotates in opposite to each other in the upper part of the inside of the main body (2) a honey collecting means (5) which includes a beeswax blocking net (51) supporting the sealed wax (A2) fallen after being cut by the cutting means (4), and a honey collecting drawer (52) collecting flowing down honey and a timing belt (30) which is interlocked with a driven shaft (34) rotated by one elevation operating motor (32) to evenly elevate a pair of supporters (31) in the lifting means (3).
