The present invention relates to a ground bait fixture as a sinker for fishing. More specifically, the ground bait fixture as a sinker is connected to a main line of a fishing rod, and comprises: a plurality of cylindrical ribs which are installed in a horizontal direction and a plurality of straight ribs which are cross-linked to the cylindrical ribs in a vertical direction support members which are installed to be horizontal to upper parts and lower parts of the cylindrical ribs and a leader fixing member and a main line fixing member which are coupled to the support members, wherein the main line fixing member is connected to the main line, and the leader fixing member is connected to a leader having a hook coupled thereto such that ground baits are agglomerated in the ground bait fixture. Also, the main line fixing member has flat lead wound in a rolling manner such that the flat lead roles as a sinker and the straight ribs of the ground bait fixture further have insertion holes and insertion members therein to open and close the ground bait fixture.
