PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starch-coated powder providing touch feeling heightened by softening the hardness caused by the coagulation of the obtained treated powder, and having excellent water-holding ability and adhesiveness, to provide a method for producing the starch-coated powder, and to provide a cosmetic having excellent moisture-keeping effects, touch feeling, adhesiveness and affinity to the skin, uniformity of a cosmetic film, and effects of improving makeup-lasting properties.SOLUTION: The starch-coated powder is produced by directly coating the starch on the surface of the powder by heating slurry obtained by dispersing the powder and the starch to gelatinize the starch and to form viscous slurry, and freeze-drying the viscous slurry and pulverizing the freeze-dried product, or spray-drying the viscous slurry.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】得られる処理粉体の凝集による硬さを和らげることで感触を高めるとともに、水分保持能、密着性に優れたデンプン被覆処理粉体とその製造方法を提供し、併せて該処理粉体を配合することにより、保湿効果、感触、肌への付着性・親和性、化粧膜の均一性、化粧持ち改善効果に優れた化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】粉体とデンプンとを分散させたスラリーを加熱してデンプンを糊化させ粘性スラリーにした後、該粘性スラリーを凍結乾燥して粉砕するか、又は噴霧乾燥することで、デンプンを粉体表面に直接被覆する。【選択図】なし
