The gel type water in silicone emulsified cosmetic composition comprises 1-30 wt.% of a silicone-based cross-polymer selected from the group consisting of dimethicone cross-polymer, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone cross-polymer and dimethicone PEG10/15 cross-polymer, and 0.1-10 wt.% of an inorganic thickening agent selected from the group consisting of bentonite, hectorite and a mixture thereof.본 발명은 젤 타입의 실리콘중수(W/S)유화형 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 실리콘계 크로스폴리머 1 내지 30 중량% 및 무기증점제 0.1 내지 10 중량%를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 실리콘계 크로스폴리머와 무기증점제를 최적화된 함량으로 포함함으로써 화장지속성 및 발림성 등 사용감이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 외부의 온도변화에 따른 장기안정성도 향상된다.
