The present invention relates to a transcutaneous nerve stimulation device having an optoelectronic thermotherapy function and its signal control method, mainly comprising more than one set of detachable far-infrared electrodes at a connecting end of a host machine, wherein the far-infrared electrodes have the characteristics of electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. The host machine has a containing space therein provided with a signal control circuit, which is electrically connected with the far-infrared electrodes set through at least a signal output end and outputs the voltage/current signal to the far-infrared electrodes set. The signal control circuit undergoes automatic temperature control according to the users use state, so that the far-infrared electrodes set can selectively emit far-infrared for heating, while the electrodes of the far-infrared electrodes set are made to electrically conduct. By combining optoelectronic thermotherapy function with automatic control, this invention achieves the purpose of enhancing the transcutaneous nerve stimulation effect.本發明係一種具有光電熱療功能之經皮神經刺激裝置及其訊號控制方法,其主要係於一主機的連接端有一組以上可拆卸的遠紅外線電極片,且該組遠紅外線電極片具有可導電、導熱之特性,該主機內部具有一容置空間供設有一訊號控制電路,該訊號控制電路透過至少一訊號輸出端與該組遠紅外線電極片電連接,並輸出電壓/電流訊號至該組遠紅外線電極片,該訊號控制電路係根據使用者的使用狀態進行自動化的熱溫控制,使該組遠紅外線電極片可選擇性的放射出遠紅外線發熱,同時令該組遠紅外線電極片之電極導電;本發明藉由結合光電熱療功能、自動控制,達到提升經皮神經刺激效果的目的。10‧‧‧主機20‧‧‧遠紅外線電極片
