The cavity (58) is at least partially defined by at least one seal (54, 56), the cavity (58) serving to house a fluid therein. Means (62) for fracturing at least a portion (66) of the at least one seal (54, 56) and means (68) for controllably releasing a liquid, positionable within the cavity (58), out of the cavity (58) are provided.
