The present invention relates to an eel grilling and cooking system. The eel grilling and cooking system can execute all of heating, marinating, and cooking the eels as well as post-processing operations of rapidly freezing, packing, and storing the eels in a continuous manner while conveying the eels. According to the present invention, the eel grilling and cooking system includes: a primary cooking unit for heating the eels input thereto after being prepared and washed to cook the eels primarily； a secondary cooking unit which is arranged on the rear end of the primary cooking unit to marinate the primarily cooked eels in liquid seasonings to secondarily cook the eels； a post-processing process unit which is arranged on the rear end of the secondary cooking unit to execute the post-processing operations of rapidly freezing, packing, and storing the secondarily cooked eels； and a conveying unit arranged to provide an eel conveying path. The primary cooking unit, secondary cooking unit, and post-processing process unit can execute the primary cooking, secondary cooking, and post-processing operations by the conveying unit while the conveying unit conveys the eels.
