The care patient monitoring system of the present invention includes: a smart infusion solution management system enabling nursing staff who is in charge of the relevant care patient to confirm whether an infusion solution received by the care patient has been administered or not； and a biometric information management system enabling the nursing staff who is in charge of the relevant care patient to confirm biometric information of the care patient, wherein the smart infusion solution management system determines amount of the infusion solution through a low-water level notification device and transmits a signal to a nursing station when it is determined that a predetermined amount or less of the infusion solution is remained through administration of the infusion solution, and the nursing station tells the nursing staff to finish administration of the infusion solution. The biometric information management system transmits biometric information to the nursing station through a wearable device worn by the care patient, the nursing station plays a role of a server for enabling the biometric information of the relevant care patient to be confirmed according as biometric information is requested to the nursing station from a smartphone of the nursing staff who is in charge of the relevant care patient, and the wearable device is coupled to an infusion solution tube by the clip. The care patient monitoring system not only increases efficiency of nursing service by allowing a hospitalized care patient to rapidly transmit infusion solution management and biometric information to the nursing staff such that the care patient does not need a guardian or a hired caregiver, and organizing a team with the nursing staff such that the team is organized with a nurse and nurse assistant staff, but also enables the infusion solution tube to be simply and easily attached or detached
