PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen bun of fermented dough containing bean jam using a bean jam wrapping machine, the dough being unlikely to shrivel even when steamed for eating, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A frozen bun of fermented dough, that is cryopreserved through a production process including a bean jam wrapping process of wrapping bean jam in the dough using a bean jam wrapping machine, a fermentation process, a steaming process, a cooling process, and a freezing process, has at least one hole on a surface of the dough. Moreover, a process of making the hole on the surface of the dough is performed after the cooling process or the freezing process, that are later than the fermentation process.
