PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning edible oil in a high temperature range.SOLUTION: A combined body of a container for enclosing a cleaning agent in a state that a cleaning agent is enclosed in the container is constituted of a cleaning agent for edible oil composed of food additive magnesium oxide particles in an assembled state, a non-woven fabric bag formed of a member having oil resistance and oil permeability, and a stainless steel casing which is a member having heat resistance, which accommodates one or more of the bags and which has multiple pores. The method for cleaning deteriorated edible oil in a temperature range of 150-200°C is characterized by using the combined body while placing the combined body at a position adjacent to a heater in edible oil in an oil bath, where the temperature is highest and a convection caused by a decomposition reaction and heat occurs, and removing the combined body from the edible oil, and also using the combined body in such a manner that the enclosed cleaning agent is brought into contact with heated edible oil in an oil bath.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】食用油を高温度範囲において浄化する方法の提供。【解決手段】集合体の状態の食品添加物酸化マグネシウムの粒子からなる食用油の清浄剤と、耐油性および通油性を有する部材からなる不織布製袋と、さらにその袋の1以上を収納する耐熱性を有する部材である多孔を有するステンレス製ケーシングとで構成されている、清浄剤を封入するための容器の、清浄剤が容器に入った形態の組合せ体を、油浴中の食用油が最も高温で分解反応と熱による対流が起こっているヒーターに隣接している位置に設置したり食用油から出したりして使用する、かつ、油浴中において封入された清浄剤が加熱状態の食用油と接触するように使用することを特徴とする劣化した食用油を150~200℃の温度範囲において浄化する方法。【選択図】図6
