A cuff device of the blood pressure meter includes a cuff, a movable connecting fitting and a flow tube. The cuff has an air bag and a curved elastic piece to show the cuff in flatten condition or in cylindrical condition. The movable connecting fitting includes a mounting base and a steering joint. The mounting base mounts on the air bag and fixes on the center of the curved elastic piece. The mounting base extends along a central axis and the central axis is parallel with the radial direction of the cuff in cylindrical condition. The steering joint includes a pivoting piece and a mounting piece connecting each other. The pivoting piece pivots on the mounting base to rotate around the rotating axis and the rotating axis parallel with the central axis of the mounting base. The steering base has a flow tunnel. One end of the flow tunnel connects to the air bag.
