PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support which can inhibit the outflow of an adhesive containing a drug and to provide a patch using the support.SOLUTION: The patch support according to the invention is the patch support in which a polyester film and a polyester fiber nonwoven cloth are bonded by deformation of unextended polyester fiber of a fiber web containing unextended polyester fiber, wherein the thickness excluding the polyester film of the patch support is 100 μm or more.
