The present invention relates to new peptides comprising an amino acid sequence LL-[X]n-LL, wherein X is selected from R, L and W, and n= 10 to 12, and wherein [X]n comprises 4 R, 4 L and between 2 and 4 W, that may be used as cell-penetrating peptides.
