PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing device and an X-ray CT device capable of improving accuracy of diagnosis on a blood flow.SOLUTION: A medical information processing device includes an acquisition part and a calculation part. The acquisition part acquires medical image data obtained by imaging a subject in a rest state in a time phase in which relationships between a blood flow rate and an intravascular pressure in a cardiac cycle of the subject indicate proportional relationships. The calculation part extracts a structure of a blood vessel included in the medical image data, acquires a first index value obtained based on an intravascular pressure and a relational expression between a blood flow rate and an intravascular pressure in a rest state on the upstream side of a predetermined position in the blood vessel, and a second index value obtained based on an intravascular pressure and a relational expression on the downstream side of the predetermined position, by applying fluid analysis to the blood vessel structure, and calculates a pressure ratio, which is a ratio of the first index value to the second index value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】血流に関する診断の精度を向上させることができる医用情報処理装置及びＸ線ＣＴ装置を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る医用情報処理装置は、取得部と、算出部とを備える。取得部は、安静状態の被検体を被検体の心周期における血流量と血管内圧力との関係が比例関係を示す時相において撮像することにより得た医用画像データを取得する。算出部は、医用画像データに含まれる血管の構造を抽出し、血管構造に対して流体解析を適用することにより、血管内の所定の位置よりも上流側における、血管内圧力と、安静状態における血流量と血管内圧力との関係式とに基づいて求めた第１指標値と、所定の位置よりも下流側における、血管内圧力と、関係式とに基づいて求めた第２指標値とを求め、第１指標値と第２指標値との比である圧力比を算出する。【選択図】図２
