The claimed invention relates to a system for restoring a person’s motor activity, created on the basis of a robotic kinesitener containing a complete, controlled human exoskeleton, as well as to a method for restoring a person’s motor activity based on adaptive kinesitherapy techniques. A system for restoring a person’s motor activity is proposed, made in the form of a robotic kinesitrainer, which contains a complete human exoskeleton, formed by a controlled moving frame, consisting of kinematically connected corresponding body parts of orthopedic modules, driven by a drive subsystem, and an external rigid stationary frame, kinematically associated with a controlled moving frame and forming with it a two-layer exoskeleton. The subsystem of electromechanical drives, each of which is connected to the corresponding orthopedic module by means of flexible coupling, is placed on an external stationary frame. Orthopedic modules and sensors of physiological indicators of the body are associated with software and hardware controls for changing the position in the space of orthopedic modules through an external stationary frame. Software and hardware additionally contain a subsystem of visualization of virtual reality, made with the possibility of coordinated operation with the subsystem of electromechanical drives. The bilayer exoskeleton is equipped with a means of fixing the initial position of the body in limbo with support in the hip area and / or in the upper torso. A method for restoring a person’s motor activity is also proposed, in which recovery using the system described above is carried out in two stages, where in the first stage stable matrices of motor stereotypes are created or restored in the central nervous system, and in the second stage, connections between surrounding events and restored matrices are restored. motor stereotypes as reactions to specified events.Заявляемое изобретение относится к системе восстановления двигательной активности человека, созд
