PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative cutting tool for shiitake that can improve the commercial value by the decorative cutting, can easily complete the decorative cutting with the same workmanship as an expert, and can be commercially available by eliminating food loss due to failure.SOLUTION: In the plan view of a decorative cutting tool ring 1 having a cylindrical base body, the cooking tool for applying the decorative cutting only for the shiitake Si comprises V-shaped guiding grooves provided with cutting interval confirmation auxiliary lines on the center line in the longitudinal direction. The V-shaped guiding grooves are formed on the upper and lower sides of the tool. Angle setting grooves for setting cross-cutting angle and eight leaves flower cutting angle are engraved on the radial lines divided by 45 degrees from the center point of the decorative cutting tool ring 1.
