PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air disinfection apparatus reducing a power consumption and saving energy.
SOLUTION: This air disinfection apparatus which has an electrolytic cell generating electrolytic water by electrolyzing water, a gas-liquid contact member where the electrolytic water generated by the electrolytic cell is dropped, and an air blowing fan blowing air in a room to the gas-liquid contact member, is further provided with an operation means intermittently operating the air blowing fan and, when executing an intermittent operation by the operation means, the air blowing fan is continuously operated for a prescribed operation continuation time T8 from starting the operation.
