PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air sterilization system which is safe and efficiently performs sterilization processing.
SOLUTION: The air sterilization system 10 includes: a sterilizing means 12 a control means 14 for controlling the operation of the sterilizing means 12 and a degree-of-pollution monitor 16 which is connected to the control means 14 and detects a degree of pollution in an area. The control means 14 keeps cleanness in the area by performing the change-over control of the output and sterilizing method of the sterilizing means 12, based on the output value of the degree-of-pollution monitor 16.
