PURPOSE: A syringe type centrifugal tube for centrifuge is provided to separable extract respective components from a specimen by separating the specimen into multiple layers based on the pressurization of a piston. CONSTITUTION: A syringe type centrifugal tube for centrifuge includes a syringe type body(10), a piston(20), and an airtight cap(30). A discharging hole(11) is arranged at the tip end part of the body, and a space part(13) is arranged in the body. The space part stores specimens. The piston is inserted into the space part and moves based on a piston rod(25). A check valve(40) is arranged at the piston in order to discharge air from the space part to the outer side of the body. The airtight cap opens and closes the discharging hole based on a screw-combining mode.본 발명은 내부에 시료를 담아 원심분리에 의해 여러층으로 분리 추출하도록 하는 원심분리용 주사기형 원심관에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 선단에 토출공(11)을 갖는 슬리브(12)와 내부에 시료를 저장하는 공간부(13)를 갖는 주사기 형태의 몸체(10)와, 상기 주사기 형태의 몸체 내부 공간부에 삽입되어 피스톤 로드(25)에 의해 전후 이동하되 공간부 내부 공기를 외부로 배출하는 체크밸브(40)를 결합한 피스톤(20)과, 상기 주사기 형태의 몸체 선단 슬리브에 나사 결합방식으로 개폐되는 기밀캡(30)으로 구성하여 상기 공간부에 시료를 담아 원심분리에 의해 각 성분을 여러 층으로 분리한 후, 주사기와 같이 피스톤 가압에 의해 여러 층으로 분리된 시료의 각 성분을 차례로 분리 추출하게 되므로 작업의 편리성은 물론 분리 추출 작업의 정확성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
