A transdermal delivery system, comprising a support layer fixed to an adhesive polymer matrix, wherein the adhesive polymer matrix comprises: a. from 0.5% (w / w) to 10% (w / w) of a first penetration enhancer selected from the group consisting of levulinic acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； b. from 0.5% (w / w) to 10% (w / w) of a second penetration enhancer selected from the group consisting of glyceryl monooleate and lauryl lactate； wherein the proportion of percentage by weight of the first penetration enhancer with respect to the second penetration enhancer in the adhesive polymer matrix is in the range of 2: 1 to 1: 3, c. at least 55% (w / w) of an adhesive polymer； d. from 2% (w / w) to 8% (w / w) of a wetting agent； and. from 0.6% (w / w) to 1.0% (w / w) of levonorgestrel； and f. from 0.6% (w / w) to 1.0% (w / w) ethinyl estradiol.Un sistema de administración transdérmica, que comprende una capa de soporte fijada a una matriz de polímero adhesivo, en el que la matriz de polímero adhesivo comprende: a. de un 0,5 % (p/p) a un 10 % (p/p) de un primer potenciador de penetración seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en ácido levulínico y una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo； b. de un 0,5 % (p/p) a un 10 % (p/p) de un segundo potenciador de penetración seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en monooleato de glicerilo y lactato de laurilo； en el que la proporción de porcentaje en peso del primer potenciador de penetración con respecto al segundo potenciador de penetración en la matriz de polímero adhesivo está en el intervalo de 2:1 a 1:3, c. al menos un 55 % (p/p) de un polímero adhesivo； d. de un 2 % (p/p) a un 8 % (p/p) de un agente humectante； e. de un 0,6 % (p/p) a un 1,0 % (p/p) de levonorgestrel； y f. de un 0,6 % (p/p) a un 1,0 % (p/p) de etinil estradiol.
