PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fracture part fixing tool that is capable of surely restricting rotation of a bone chip at a fracture part and is capable of surely and easily being implanted into the bone chip.SOLUTION: A fracture part fixing tool 1 comprises: a cylindrical sleeve 2 and a hook pin retention part 3 that is housed in the sleeve 2 so as to be movable in an axial direction. The sleeve comprises a tip closing part 22 and side holes 24a, 24b, and the hook pin retention part comprises hook pins 5, 6 that protrude from the side holes by being pushed from behind. The hook pin 5 includes a main body part extending in the axial direction in a state of being tilted to the lower part of one side part, and the hook pin 6 includes a main body part extending in the axial direction in a state of being tilted to the lower part of the other side part.
