PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tea added with pear juice which can adjust extraction of the additional component to the extraction rate of the tea and can provide added value of drinkability such as an increase in sweetness.SOLUTION: The tea added with pear juice can be obtained by spraying or impregnating dried tea leaves with the pear juice and drying thereof, or by spraying or impregnating material leaves with the pear juice and roasting thereof. The tea includes various types of tea which are called tea besides evergreen tea belonging to the genus Camellia of the family Theaceae. The tea leaves are not necessary to be confined to leaves but are a part carrying a component extracted as a beverage.
