The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: forcibly collecting air in the unpolluted cypress forest in which cypress trees are planted, and cooling the air to a temperature of the dew point or lower to generate cypress dew preparing a silver solution having a concentration of 10 ppm by using a silver pole with a purity of 99.99% in pure distilled water introducing a mixture of purified water, the cypress dew, and the silver solution into an ultrasonic humidifier and operating the ultrasonic humidifier to emit a moisture in which the cypress dew, the silver solution, and the purified water are mixed to a users body. According to the present invention, the cypress dew having a natural healing effect and the silver solution having sterilizing capability are used to improve physical ability of the user, thereby smoothly supplying the meridian liquid to the skin, thereby preventing hair loss and improving hair growth. Further, the present invention allows the fundamental prevention of hair loss and improvement of hair growth but not temporary prevention of hair loss and improvement of hair growth.
