PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspending structure that can prevent damage to a suspending tool and an object to be suspended even when an excessive external force is applied to the suspending tool to which the object is suspended.SOLUTION: There are provided: a base 110 which is installed to a wall 10 and a hook 120 having a protrusion 124 which is protruded towards a surface of the base 110 and to which a handset unit 20 is suspended. A claw part 128 is detachably provided in such a manner that a bottom part of the hook 120 is pivotally supported so as to be rotatable in a direction apart from the base 110, and an upper part of the hook 120 is detachably attached to the base 110. With this configuration, when an excessive external force is applied to the hook 120 in a rotatable direction, the hook 120 is rotated and tilted in the direction apart from the base 110 so that the external force can be released, and when an excessive external force is applied to the hook 120 in a non-rotatable direction, the external force can be dissipated to the upper and bottom parts of the hook 120.
