The present invention relates to novel chlorine-based or novel purine imide-based compounds and complexes of chlorine-based or -perfurine imide-based multi-metal oxides, and the use of said compounds as photodynamic therapy photosensitizers or anticancer agents . The compounds according to the present invention are used as photosensitizers in photodynamic therapy, a noninvasive and patient-customized treatment method, and are also useful as anticancer drugs by photodynamic therapy.본 발명은 신규 클로린계 또는 신규 퍼퓨린이마이드계 화합물 및 클로린계- 또는 퍼퓨린이마이드계-다중금속산화물의 착화합물, 그리고 상기 화합물을 광역학 치료용 광민감제 또는 항암제로 사용하는 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화합물은 비침투성 및 환자맞춤형 치료 방법인 광역학 치료법에서 광민감제로 사용되고, 또한 광역학 치료법에 의한 항암제로 유용하다.
