PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collagen film useful for an anchorage capable of implanting in a living body, and excellent in mechanical characteristics, and a device including the collagen film.SOLUTION: The collagen film includes more than 80% (w/w) of a first and a second groups of I-type collagen fibers or bundles, where the I-type collagen fibers or bundles in the first group extend preponderantly in a first direction, and the I-type collagen fibers or bundles in the second group extend preponderantly in a second direction where the first and the second directions are different from each other, and the I-type collagen fibers or bundles in the first group are arranged alternatively with the I-type collagen fibers or bundles in the second group or mixed together； where the collagen film has a maximum tensile strength of more than 20 N, where the film has two discriminable surfaces of a first surface and a second surface； where the first surface is smooth in comparison with the second surface which is coarse and porous.
