PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call device with which the contents of an operation of the nurse call device can be automatically and directly recorded as a nurses record without omission by making the nurse call device and a hospital information computer cooperate with each other, and to provide a nurse call system.SOLUTION: The nurse call device includes a patient nameplate 10 to which a patients name is inputted, a receiver 20 for nurse call response, a staff panel 40 to which a nurses name is inputted, a record panel 30 to which an item of the nurses record is inputted, and a control unit 60 for controlling them.
