The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for removing a Demodex, and more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for removing a Demodex, which contains 0.05 to 0.5 wt% of a Piper methysticum extract, 1 to 5 wt% of a germanium powder, 5 to 15 wt% of kaolin clay, 1 to 5 wt% of cornstarch, 5 to 15 wt% of bentonite, 0.05 to 1 wt% of talc and 70 to 80 wt% of a cosmetic composition additive, and to manufacturing method thereof, wherein the cosmetic composition is excellent in reducing wastes such as sebum to effectively remove or reduce Demodex parasitic on pores in skin.본 발명은 모낭충 제거용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 카바 추출물 0.05 내지 0.5중량%, 게르마늄 파우더 1 내지 5중량%, 카올린 클레이 5 내지 15중량%, 옥수수전분 1 내지 5중량%, 벤토나이트 5 내지 15중량%, 탈크 0.05 내지 1중량% 및 화장료 조성물 첨가제 70~80%중량을 포함함으로써, 피지와 같은 노폐물 감소 효과가 우수하여, 피부 모공에 기생하는 모낭충을 효과적으로 제거 또는 감소 시킬 수 있는 모낭충 제거용 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
