PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioinformation processing device capable of controlling an increase in a false acceptance rate when improving a false non-match rate.SOLUTION: A bioinformation processing device 1 acquires bioinformation from a living body 2 to generate collation information for use in biometric authentication. An information acquisition unit 1c acquires the bioinformation from the living body 2. The information acquisition unit 1c has a predetermined relative positional relation with the living body 2. A random number acquisition unit 1a acquires a random number. When the information acquisition unit 1c acquires the bioinformation, a variation unit 1b varies the predetermined relative positional relation between the information acquisition unit 1c and the living body 2 on the basis of the random number acquired by the random number acquisition unit 1a, and acquires the bioinformation with the relative positional relation between the information acquisition unit 1c and the living body 2 randomly varied.
