The present invention provides a transgastric jejunum (TJ) tube capable of preventing moving toward the stomach. This is realized by including a hard portion and a flexible portion arranged alternately along the length direction. The rigid portion resists upward movement of the tube and more flexible, flexible portions allow the tube to bend through the torus ligament and enter the jejunum. This makes it possible to use a larger lumen of nutrient lumen than in the case where the present invention is not used.
